We left Charlotte around 6:30am on Thursday morning, checked into the Drifters Reef motel and on the beach fishing at Ft. Fisher around noon. The weather was perfect Thursday and Friday with temps in the 80's. Saturday was still warm with a little rain. Fishing was good all 3 days with a lot of undersized flounder, blues, shark and a turtle.
